MISSION VIEJO, Calif. -- August 2, 2007 -- Vigilistics, a leader in providing systems for
food and dairy processing plants, announced that Ron Huffman has been promoted to Director
of Operations. He leads the group that installs and supports Vigilistics systems. Ron has been
managing dairy processing installations for Vigilistics over the past year. Prior to joining
Vigilistics, Ron was Director of Operations Analysis for Bimbo Bakeries, a billion dollar
food manufacturing company.
"Ron Huffman will lead and guide our implementation teams," said Robert Moore, CEO. "Over the past year
Ron has contributed significantly to the efficiency and quality of Vigilistics installations. These are
complex, real-time systems that track and trace every operation in the dairy or food processing plant,
for food safety and for operational efficiency. The installations produce benefits of over a million dollars
per year for the manufacturers, as well as assuring food safety. We promoted Ron to the management of Vigilistics
installations to strengthen our ability to deliver results."
Ron has a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas and a Bachelor of
Science from Kansas State University. He and his family reside in Aliso Viejo, California.
