EMI Variable Costing

Many costs incurred in a manufacturing process can be reduced and controlled; if they are visible. The Vigilistics’ Variable Costing module watches the consumption of energy, utilities, waste water, and pairs these costs with what is happening in your plant. Then, non-productive uses of these expensive commodities can be controlled and saved. This module includes the Vigilistics EMI CIP so the water, waste water, energy and chemicals that CIP uses can be considered in the efficiency plan.
