The Vigilistics application you use is the same application used by others in your industry. We maintain, update and support Vigilistics as an application. Your implementation will not be a “one-off,” reflecting the personal style of individuals who begin a project with base toolsets. A typical Vigilistics implementation requires no coding or scripting. It does not break when the underlying automation and instrumentation changes.
A Positive Impact On Your Operators
The users of Vigilistics Reports and Analytics are those responsible for the economics and regulatory compliance of the plant. In fact, there is no operator interface. You will not need to re-train operators or train new operators on the Vigilistics system. If there is an impact on operators, it is awareness that plant management is now reviewing information on what occurred during the last shift that affected product quality, product loss, schedules and costs. |
