vEMI-CIP collects and stores usage information from every circuit within the plant’s CIP systems. The software installs with an intuitive graphical user interface and a powerful analytics engine, allowing plant personnel to quickly investigate, isolate and correct sub-standard performance, and to implement sustainable process improvements that save precious resources.  The new release boasts a smart architecture that allows Vigilistics to guarantee installation of the complete solution in less than two weeks without interrupting normal plant operations. 

Enterprise and industry-wide CIP benchmarking tools were both added to this release, enabling companies to compare the performance of key process indicators at multiple plants, and to see how they measure up against the performance of outside manufacturers. The vEMI-CIP software also transforms manufacturing plants seamlessly and immediately to a paperless compliance system and it maintains auditable records in a format that is embraced by state and federal regulators.
